Board Members present:      Larry Neyens, Cyndi Caviness, and Mark McLean

Absent:  Dannie Cox, Larry Emmert

Other Attendees:    Annette Frick, Business Manager.

Larry Neyens called the meeting to order at 3:05 PM.

• Mark McLean made a motion to appoint himself as chair, absentee ballot from Larry Emmert second.
• Larry Neyens made a motion to appoint himself as chair and Dannie Cox as Vice Chair.  Cyndi seconded the motion.  The absentee ballot from Dannie Cox voted for this motion.  The motion was approved (three in favor, two against).
• Mark Mclean nominated Robert Jackson for Vice President, absentee ballot from Larry Emmert second.
• Cyndi nominated Noel Nicely for VP, Larry Neyens second.  The motion was approved (three in favor, two against), subject to confirmation from Dannie Cox (which was received Monday, June 8, 2009).
• Larry Neyens made a motion to keep the President, Treasurer, and Secretary.  Cyndi seconded the motion.  All approved.

The Board decided to continue to have regular meetings on the second Friday of each month.

Cyndi moved to adjourn the meeting at 3:40 PM, Larry Neyens second, all approved.
