1.      I hope you all had a safe and healthy Thanksgiving, and hopefully you got to spend time with your family and friends.  Christmas is right around the corner.  Please be safe and stress-free over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

2.      We have been informed by Progress Energy that the annual lease fee for our Marina, Clubhouse and pool has increased from $1,000 to $10,150 effective in July 2012.

3.      The warehouse adjoining the CFA Office is vacant.  We have advertised this nominal 2000 square foot facility for lease at $480 per month.  It is fully heated and air conditioned with modern high efficiency equipment.  Anyone interested in renting all or half of this facility should contact the CFA Office at 910-572-2848.

4.      The CFA Office will be closed both Friday and Monday, December 23^rd – 26^th for the Christmas holiday.  Maintenance personnel will be off on the 23^rd, and one maintenance man will be here for morning rounds on the 26^th.  The CFA Office will be closed on Monday, January 2^nd for the New Year’s holiday.
