1.   The 2011 CFA Invoices were mailed in December, with payment due on January 1st.  A $25 late fee will be added to any account not paid by February 28^th.  This year we again accept credit cards, offer a payment plan, and participate in automatic checking debit (ACH) to provide more flexibility to property owners.  All partial payments will incur a $5.00 service charge with each payment.

2.   The recent few warm days have brought out the ATVs.  I’ve received two complaints of ATVs racing across private property, and I chased 3 back to Sugar Loaf through privately owned lots in CFA.  The Montgomery County Sheriff has promised to prosecute any ATV operator or passenger documented not wearing safety helmets.  A photograph is all he needs for prosecution.  We know who the primary offenders are, just need to get their picture without helmets.
