CFA President's Report

1.   The 2010 CFA Invoices were mailed in December, with payment due on January 1^st.  A $25 late fee will be added to any account not paid by March 1^st.  This year we accept credit cards, offer a payment plan, and participate in automatic checking debit (ACH) to provide more flexibility to property owners.

2.   Individual Montgomery County Tax List Forms are due back to the county by January 31^st.

 3.  Flu cases in North Carolina are up (79 H1N1 deaths in NC since April 2009); it’s not too late to get flu shots.  Montgomery County is offering FREE H1N1 vaccine, both injectable and nasal spray on Mondays through Fridays from 8 am until 4 pm.  No appointment is needed.
